About the Opportunity
The Senior Associate, Revenue Operations - Finance plays a key role in aligning strategy, processes, data, and technology across multiple departments such as product, finance, marketing, sales, and customer success. This position is responsible for developing and implementing financial solutions that improve system parity and optimize revenue operations. The role directly impacts the organization’s ability to execute objectives, track performance metrics, and enhance revenue generation by simplifying complex pricing models and streamlining workflows.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate transfer of pricing models into billing systems
- Maintain annual recurring revenue (ARR) calculations to support forecasting, reporting, and commissions
- Analyze pricing structures to prepare systems for future needs
- Manage commission software for accuracy and clarity
- Develop expertise in Revenue Operations and related departments to evaluate and optimize solutions
- Prioritize and communicate work stream status, risks, and milestones to senior leaders
- Maintain database accuracy related to outgoing payments
Requirements
- Experience designing technology solutions that bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce formula fields, validation rules, and workflow logic
- Knowledge of billing and commission software
- Ability to propose architectural solutions aligned with target states
- Deep understanding and ownership of CRM, billing, and commission systems
- Proficient in Salesforce and capable of mastering financial technology platforms
- Skilled in writing business requirements documentation
- Ability to identify scalable solutions and enforce process exceptions when necessary
- Rapid comprehension of diverse technologies and domains
- Strong communication skills, adaptable between high-level and detailed discussions
- Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
- Highly motivated with curiosity for business improvement
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The expected base salary range is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on location. Eligibility to participate in the Company Bonus Pool. Eligibility to receive new hire equity in the company.
