Senior Associate - Restructuring

About the role

The role offers the opportunity to work directly on complex transactions, distressed and special situation engagements, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex transactions, distressed and special situation engagements, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Provide analytical support to senior team members.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships and business development efforts.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
• Participate in industry research and analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or valuation.
• 4+ years of experience within investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or valuation.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background, typically a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with deal structuring and execution.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
