Senior Associate Quality Assurance

Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-Site)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate Quality Assurance to support manufacturing operations through strong on-the-floor quality oversight and GMP compliance. This role will help maintain documentation accuracy, support deviations, and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor QA support for manufacturing activities across assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and internal quality standards.
• Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and quality documentation.
• Support deviations and partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QC, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• High school/GED plus 4 years of work experience, or Associate degree plus 2 years of work experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 6 months of work experience, or a Master’s degree.
• GMP knowledge is required.
• QA experience is preferred and strongly relevant to the role.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site and be flexible for a 6pm–6:30am, 12-hour shift structure.
