Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across the organization to improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across platforms.
  • Work with various product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products.
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead horizontal forums to foster relationships with tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders, and partner teams, articulating a clear product roadmap to deliver business value.
  • Engage in human-centered design, breaking down business epics into features and user stories, and managing risk through autonomous agile environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Skills

  • Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
  • Proven track record of taking action, managing projects, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Passionate about customer needs and a desire to bring others together to achieve common goals.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and establish long-lasting relationships.
