Senior Associate, Product Management - CreditWise

As a Senior Associate Product Manager for CreditWise, you will ensure that our Offers experience is intuitive and connects consumers in real-time to trustworthy and contextualized products and services that are individualized to their financial health and journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop intent and build/deliver your roadmap
• Work closely with business/data analysts, engineers, and business development partners
• Collaborate with Design, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners
• Partner with internal and external partners with offers on our platform

Basic qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Preferred qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
• New York, NY: $121,300 – $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
