About the Role

As a Senior Associate Product Manager at Capital One, you will join a passionate, high‑performing team dedicated to building the future of digital banking. You will collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Business partners to turn complex problem spaces into resilient, scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Pay

• McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management.
• New York, NY: $121,300 – $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $179,700 – $205,100 for Manager, Product Management.
• Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management.
• Wilmington, DE: $101,100 – $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management.
• Other locations: salary range will correspond to the local market and will be reflected in the offer letter.
• This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
