About the role
The Senior Associate, Paid Social will provide tactical paid social recommendations and manage campaigns for clients, planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on efforts with oversight from senior team members. You will own day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization to meet client KPIs while staying updated on social platform trends. This role includes mentoring junior team members and overseeing budget pacing and billing administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical and strategic input to develop paid social media recommendations.
- Independently execute and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns, including trafficking, creative monitoring, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPIs and budget goals, recommending data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate on routine campaign performance reports, offering insights and recommending tests for clients.
- Present recommendations and results with actionable next steps, maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends, making applicable recommendations for clients.
- Attend trainings and complete required social platform certifications.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Oversee budget pacing, including complex data fees, and manage billing administration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience executing campaigns in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and at least one other platform (X/Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn).
- Thorough knowledge of social platform capabilities and campaign setup for varying objectives.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with peers and internal teams.
- Organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience preparing presentations for stakeholders.
