Senior Associate, Paid Social
About the role
We are seeking a Social Senior Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on campaigns for leading brands and to collaborate with industry experts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct testing
- Plan budgets and flighting
- Develop insights and actions demonstrating a thorough understanding of client goals
- Conduct report analyses
- Develop projections/proposals and understand the tools used to build them
- Understand, implement, and troubleshoot the tracking process
- Proactively bring new ideas for the account to improve performance
- Leverage advanced Excel and campaign management tool skills
- Identify and implement advanced optimization tactics
- Operate fairly autonomously to meet client goals and expectations
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in performance media, particularly in social media, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and campaign management tools.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow are also important qualities.
Skills
Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of social media platforms, and experience with campaign management tools are required. Proficiency in bid optimization and a strong understanding of social media advertising principles are beneficial.

Pay
California: $40,000.00-$75,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with the expectation of increasing this requirement over time. Many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
