Senior Associate, Paid Search & Social

About the Role
As a Search/Social Senior Associate, you’ll work closely with a Supervisor to manage and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to strategic planning. This position offers growth opportunities, including mentorship, training from platforms like Facebook and TikTok, and exposure to advanced data analysis and bid management techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct A/B testing and implement advanced optimization tactics.
- Plan and manage budgets, flighting, and campaign timelines.
- Develop actionable insights tied to client goals across brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Analyze reports and build projections/proposals using campaign management tools.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking processes.
- Proactively propose new ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Leverage advanced Excel and bid management platform skills (e.g., Marin, SA360, SKAI).
- Train, mentor, and onboard junior team members.
- Contribute to quarterly planning sessions and challenge existing processes.
- Communicate insights to clients, tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
- Prepare client-facing deliverables, including presentations and quarterly reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1.5+ years of experience managing social marketing or paid search campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and bid management platforms (e.g., Marin, SA360, SKAI).
- Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and act on insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for organizing and presenting ideas.

Pay
$65,000 - $66,500 annually.
Schedule
Omnicom requires employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week, with potential for increased in-office attendance over time.
