Senior Associate - Operational Risk

Senior Associate - Operational Risk Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) Salary: $90,000-$130,000 + Bonus Our client is seeking a Senior Associate - Operational Risk to support the development and execution of the firm's operational risk program. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and monitor operational risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Responsibilities Conduct operational risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators.Support the firm's operational risk framework and risk appetite initiatives.Partner with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks.Assist with regulatory compliance and operational resilience efforts.Utilize and maintain operational risk management systems.Collaborate on cross-functional risk projects and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of operational risk experience, preferably within asset management or banking.Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and governance.Familiarity with operational resilience and regulatory requirements.Experience with Wolters Kluwer OneSumX or similar operational risk management systems is a plus.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
