About the role
The Senior Associate, National Video Investment will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute video platform media buys. The ideal candidate is an agile, proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to client service and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Learn key programs and tools (Mediaocean, DCM, DV, etc.) and master media math
- Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings, and value to ensure accuracy for the internal team
- Assist in evaluating partner proposals
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities and stewardship
- Enter buys into Prisma and MBOX, ensuring systems reflect accurate buys
- Update internal campaign/budget trackers
- Monitor digital buys to ensure accurate creative is running and pacing aligns with delivery goals
- Manage campaign set-up and execution, including IOs, order letters, specs, creative rotation, and billing documentation
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Participate in departmental projects as requested
Requirements
- 1+ years of media buying experience within digital, video, and/or TV
- Working knowledge of technologies such as Prisma, Mediaocean, DCM, DV, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting while managing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay
Compensation range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
