About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering and Design team in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of various types of data center projects and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and deliver best-in-class designs.
  • Lead engineering teams through projects meeting schedule, scope, budget, and expectations.
  • Monthly track project performance.
  • Participate in all phases of project planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals that align scopes of work with client needs and budgets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to support project and business success.

Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years' experience.
  • Professional Engineering License, NCEES Multi-State License.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent work experience required.
  • Onsite construction experience considered and welcome.

Preferred Skills

  • Five (5) years of experience in Revit preferred.
  • Knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools welcome.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, and/or other software tools welcome.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $120,510 - $204,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
