Senior Associate, Learning (Differential Investment Programs)

Overview

The role of Senior Associate, Differential Investment Programs involves supporting the end-to-end execution and iteration of flagship development programs. This includes ensuring every cohort is better than the last by leveraging data, fostering deep partnerships, and maintaining a "customer-backed" obsession with the learner journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Project Management.
• Results-oriented and driven by impact, constantly tracking and measuring program effectiveness.
• Proactive and autonomous, acting as a self-starter who anticipates logistical hurdles and builds solutions before they impact the learner experience.
• A strong communicator who crafts compelling narratives and clear messaging to ensure participants and stakeholders stay informed and inspired.
• Collaborative by nature, thriving in a team environment and building strong partnerships with HR colleagues, external vendors, and business leaders.
• Resourceful when breaking down complex logistics and designing creative, scalable processes to keep programs running smoothly.

• Experience navigating organizational networks to identify project stakeholders.
• Experience in change management.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership.
• Experience working independently to meet project deadlines.
• Experience executing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Learning Associate
