In this role you will
Key Competencies for Success
- Drive the execution of key HR investments and people processes, ensuring all initiatives are well managed and delivered with high precision.
- Partner with Corporate Strategy HRBPs, the Strategy Chief of Staff, and the broader HR Horizontal team to deliver best-in-class associate experiences.
- Partner with HRBPs to execute semi-annual talent and performance management processes, leading the reporting and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage HR systems (Workday and internal analytics tools) to maintain system accuracy and analyze headcount, attrition, and survey data to drive talent strategy insights and recommendations for the associate experience.
- Document and manage localized programs and processes while constantly seeking to simplify manual tasks and leveraging AI where appropriate to improve efficiency.
- Develop decks and training materials that prepare managers and associates for critical HR milestones.
- A learning mindset to build subject matter expertise in talent programs and processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and use data to tell a clear, compelling story.
- Collaborate effectively with partners (HRBPs, Chief of Staff, enterprise HR partners) to achieve outcomes and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Independently execute bodies of work, ensuring high quality output and proactively identifying next steps.
- Meticulous attention to detail and relentless organizational follow-through.
- Comfortable pivoting between diverse work streams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A vision for redesigning manual work and leveraging new tools to scale impact, including AI.
- Ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with business partners, operating with a customer-centric approach.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management or Process Management role.
- At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Process Management Certification.
- 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating ambiguity and building strategies in a consulting-style environment.
