Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution
- Research, identify, and engage target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms
- Run tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
- Build relationships with decision-makers across complex commercial real estate organizations
- Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage opportunities and improve performance
- Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI-powered workflows that increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategy
- Learn the CRE industry from the ground up while becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and clients
Requirements

- Experience in using CRM tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Comfort working in an office environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience with AI and its applications in sales
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred

Pay
$60,000 - $65,000 base salary, plus OTE of $100,000 (uncapped)
