About the role

This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group, in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm’s institutional and private wealth business growth. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills to help drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the firm’s wealth platforms globally.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm’s Global Client platforms
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategy
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Project Management: Oversee key initiatives from inception to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Executive Support: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance, marketing) and external partners to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 Years Required; Relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, private markets, investment banking, or asset/wealth management
