Faropoint operates through 7 regional offices with 120+ employees, leveraging vertically integrated teams and proprietary AI-driven tools to capitalize on sector fragmentation, constrained supply growth, reshoring, and e-commerce tailwinds.

Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages, including investor capital reporting.
  • Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals, identifying key drivers and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform financial analysis and deliver KPIs on an ongoing basis to stakeholders such as senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators.
  • Coordinate all aspects of fund administration with external administrators and advisors.
  • Manage the Fund Sources & Uses across multiple funds during both the investment period and value creation stages.
  • Monitor Fund LPA and loan limitations compliance, including covenant monitoring and reporting.
  • Partner with various departments to lead monthly and quarterly close processes and drive process improvements.
  • Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns for the Fund.
  • Implement and utilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting, with a solid foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles. Real estate/private equity experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated background in FP&A, corporate finance, and/or real estate private equity-related roles is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and independently, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-starter who drives projects to completion by sourcing information independently and leveraging available resources.
  • Proactively driven and self-motivated, with a track record of taking initiative, leading process improvements, and solving complex problems.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and automate existing processes.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial KPIs, including an understanding of financial statements and private equity fund structures.
  • Exceptionally high level of Excel skills.
  • High level of data visualization via PowerPoint.

Pay

Base salary in the $110,000–$150,000 range, plus discretionary bonus.
