Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence
Job Responsibilities
The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate conducts in-depth financial analyses to support clients in evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities. This role involves preparing detailed reports, participating in client meetings, and leveraging financial tools to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing financial due diligence, audit, or transaction-related analyses.
- Exposure to quality of earnings, working capital, or transaction modeling concepts.
- Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: As required by engagement needs; may include local or national travel.
- Pickup Periods: Increased workload during active transaction phases and reporting timelines.
- Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement delivery requirements.
