Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence to join our Deal Advisory practice. In this role, you'll participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence and accounting advisory services such as IPO support, carve-outs, and restructuring for Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with senior client executives and analyze target company data to identify financial trends, earnings quality, liabilities, and risks impacting valuation and negotiations.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing key issues like earnings normalization, valuation assumptions, and financial statements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top firm.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or CPA eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, or M&A.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
