Responsibilities

  • Perform Scrum Master functions, including business needs identification, business analysis planning, stakeholder analysis, change activities, and requirements analysis and design definition.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners to ensure a cohesive approach, comprehensive solutions, and excellence in delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders, focus groups, and end users to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and business process models to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
  • Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning, providing a controlled, joined-up view of business and functional requirements at a detailed level.
  • Maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements are up-to-date.
  • Monitor progress and deadlines for each application development team, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the backlog of user stories and tasks for each business analyst, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and priorities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of ServiceNow project management experience leading application development teams in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to write user stories and break down large stories into component parts.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change.
  • Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance.
