Senior Associate, Evergreen Product Operations
About the role
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Understands the mechanics and inter-dependencies of evergreen funds
- Has a strong understanding of private markets
- Displays total situational awareness – projecting and understanding how knock-on effects of actions and decisions may affect other processes, teams, client experience, etc.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of open-ended or evergreen fund structures and regulated fund environments, along with a broad understanding of fund operations
- Is results-oriented with outstanding management and analytical skills
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational oversight for non-US evergreen products, ensuring core fund routines are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Find opportunities to advance analytics for internal and external reporting, with particular focus on evergreen credit.
Partner with sales, investment specialists and distribution specialists to evaluate commercial opportunities and drive the implementation of operating models and solutions to facilitate continued growth.
Support and improve operating efficiency of the share class hedging program.
Own product dashboard production process and contribute to data projects leading to build-out of self-serve capabilities.
Opportunistically integrate AI tools into processes and analysis.
Support liquidity management.
Business management support including various types of modelling.
Partner with Investor Relations and Product teams to support DDQs, ODD meetings, platform due diligence, and investor queries related to product operations and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to the enhancement of operating models, controls, and documentation frameworks for evergreen products.
Deploy an entrepreneurial mentality, promoting creativity and innovativeness.

Requirements
Highly attentive to detail while understanding big picture
Process-driven and execution-minded individual with excellent organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management capability
English required, other languages nice to have
Highly proficient with Microsoft, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience
Experience 5-8 years of experience in fund/product or investment operations or a related role within private markets (private credit, private equity), evergreen funds or mutual funds; experienced knowledge of credit/private credit a plus

Strong understanding of private markets

Benefits
Base Salary Range $105,000.00 - $130,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance.
In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography.
