Responsibilities
- Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, control panels and other items using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools
- Research and prepare engineering drawings, and coordinate design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure designs meet requirements at minimum cost
- Design can include development of Avionics Systems, RF, LAN, Data Processing, Power Distribution Systems, Electrical Loads analysis, Load shedding scheme
- Support testing and integration of systems on the aircraft
Qualifications
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
- Preferred Additional Skills: Skills/Knowledge of/with CAD and PLM software, including NX and Teamcenter Knowledge of Siemens Capital software Understanding of basic aircraft systems Systems integration experience Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to travel to and from flight line and work in aircraft hangar environments (some positions will require the ability to board/exit aircraft)

Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, is $80,500 - $149,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
Schedule
Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off
