Overview

As an Associate Copilot Studio Developer, you’ll design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across our organization. This is opportunity is for early-career technologists who are curious, collaborative and eager to create practical solutions using Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Platform and modern automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative answers, plugins and data connections.
  • Aid in integrating agents with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand user needs and translate them into functional bot behaviors.
  • Test, troubleshoot and refine agents to ensure they are accurate and provide a reliable experience.
  • Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor usage analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CoPilot agents align with governance, security and compliance standards.
  • Manage tickets and SLAs associated with tickets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • A foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, DataVerse or similar).
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Additional Information

Experience in M365 suite.

Salary Range: 90 - 120K/yr
