Senior Associate, Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI.
- Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
- Collect and maintain CI records for the work area, including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
- Collect data about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
- Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.
- Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.
- Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards.
Qualifications
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau, and Lean Six Sigma.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
