About the role
The Senior Associate, Compliance as a Service is responsible for providing high-level support to clients in the areas of risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in developing and implementing compliance strategies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Preparing and presenting compliance reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Staying current with changes in regulatory environments and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in various industries.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 37001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems and tools.
- Passion for helping organizations achieve and maintain compliance.
