Senior Associate, Commercial Due Diligence, Technology Industry Group - Private Equity

Responsibilities

• Prepare major client deliverables, including market models and specific workstreams
• Lead detailed analyses to support project objectives and client needs
• Structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial due diligence projects
• Design, manage, and analyze complex surveys
• Gather data through desktop research, interviews, and surveys
• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover risks and identify opportunities for post-transaction value creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to address challenges and drive results
• Deliver reports focusing on key topics at highest quality in the shortest time

Qualifications

• Successfully delivered 10+ CDD/VDD projects
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance
• 3-5+ years of professional consulting experience with software and technology-oriented clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in presenting findings
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong experience in bottom-up and top-down market sizing, taking full ownership of a market model from day 1
• Strong experience in survey analysis, including questionnaire design, data analysis, and slide development
• Technology sector experience in M&A and performance improvement
• Team-oriented, adaptable, curious, and quick learner
