Responsibilities
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include campaign recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines.
- Conduct customer research studies to build organizational empathy and understanding for customers at the persona-level and customer experiences.
- Identify and build the case for new marketing and customer experience opportunities to pursue.
- Collaborate with channel & digital teams to deliver campaigns into the market.
- Write clear and concise test documents and test plans.
- Translate and communicate business goals into effective creative briefs.
- Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results.
- Collaborate with multiple partner teams and navigate/negotiate through a complex organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years in brand strategy, product or digital marketing with experience in managing multiple channels on agency or client-side
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
