Senior Associate, Business Tax Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services team, providing tax compliance and advisory to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations across diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• building and managing client relationships
• leading and coordinating teams of tax professionals
• delivering high-quality tax advice and services
• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to leverage industry knowledge
• participating in external market and business activities

Qualifications

• at least two years of corporate tax experience
• a bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation
• solid knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740
• excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills
• ability to manage multiple engagements and teams
