About the role

A Senior Associate in Business Tax Services provides expert tax compliance and advisory support to a diverse range of clients, including corporations and partnerships. The position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing tax professionals, and delivering high-quality tax solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance, advisory services, and tax provision calculations (ASC 740).
• Support clients in understanding and responding to complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through market and business activities.
• Lead and coordinate efforts within client projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institution.
• Solid knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
