Position Responsibilities
- Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads.
- Research new leads to uncover, identify and connect within target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- List and promote retail investment properties.
- Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of investment sales transaction experience.
- Currently holds a Salesperson/Broker license or is willing to begin the process to obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Proven proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong work ethic coupled with a drive for excellence.
- A strong client service mindset.
Compensation
This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor full commission team agreement incentive plan basis.
