Senior Associate; Brand Creative Researcher

Overview

Brand Creative is looking for a creative researcher to help optimize marketing content through various testing platforms and interpreting relevant research. The successful candidate will assist other brand associates in designing, implementing, and analyzing tests. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for summarizing and reporting results with actionable recommendations— as well as assisting in maintaining research repositories & resources.

• Strong ability to autonomously manage workload & timelines for multiple projects.
• Ability to quickly learn marketing tools such as Zappi & UserTesting.com.
• Proactive attitude— you don’t just identify opportunities, but bring solutions to the table.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• A team mentality; ease in collaborating with all types of people.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to build and implement creative testing.
• Analyze tests and develop insights for improving creative assets.
• Ensure testing results are accurate & applicable to marketing goals.
• Build & present results decks for creative partners.
• Maintain & develop online research repositories.
• Quickly learn and become proficient in marketing tools.
• Assist in developing best practices/procedures for using marketing tools effectively.
• Attend relevant project meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years work experience in creative marketing or advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an agency or in-house team.
• At least 1 year of Copywriting and/or Design experience.
• Experience with marketing research tools such as Zappi and/or UserTesting.com.
• 1 year of experience in financial or some other highly-regulated industry.
• Proven track record in creative asset development and/or pre-market testing.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
