Senior Associate Attorney - Workplace Law

Department: Associate AttorneyLocation: Detroit, MI Description We are seeking a senior associate attorney with 5-8 years of workplace law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers on a wide range of employment and workplace matters and handling employment-related litigation and proceedings. The Senior Associate will manage matters with a high degree of independence while collaborating with partners and other attorneys. Key Responsibilities and Duties Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other employment-related documents,Assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparationConducting workplace investigations,Communicating directly with clientsPerforming legal research The Ideal Candidate Has: 5-8 years of workplace law experienceExperience advising employers on a wide range of employment and workplace matters and handling employment-related litigation and proceedings. Admission to the Michigan Bar and excellent academic credentials are required.
