Senior Associate Attorney or Junior Partner

About the role

With strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in transactional law and litigation, you may be the next Senior Associate Attorney or Junior Partner for this established West Coast firm. In this role, you’ll partner with the firm’s leadership and mentor junior associates. Your varied caseload will have matters ranging from commercial real estate and land use to intellectual property and industry-specific commercial matters, with many winery clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the firm’s leadership and mentor junior associates
• Manage a diverse caseload including commercial real estate, land use, intellectual property, and industry-specific commercial matters
• Work closely with winery clients
• Lead seminars and engage in client interactions
• Enjoy business development and leading initiatives

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of transactional experience
• Commercial real estate, business transactions, IP law, or land use experience highly preferred
• Oregon State Bar membership
• JD degree

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
• Experience in transactional law and litigation
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Passion for business development and mentoring

$180K-$220K + DOE
