Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients from the initial evaluation to courtroom representation in North Carolina
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in family law matters
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure successful case outcomes
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in a collaborative setting

Requirements

  • Experience in family law matters
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
