About the role

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a central role in delivering rigorous, insight-driven work to healthcare investors, technology companies, and providers. We are a full-time, nearly fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market assessments and landscape analyses across priority healthcare sectors, including home-based care, value-based care, revenue cycle management, and other high-growth areas.
• Researching and synthesizing complex healthcare trends and challenges, translating data into clear insights and implications for investors, operators, and technology-enabled businesses.
• Developing polished, executive-level presentations and materials designed for C-suite leaders, investment committees, and boards.
• Supporting client engagements end-to-end, including research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and structured storytelling under the guidance of senior engagement leader.
• Contributing to business development efforts, including company diligence, market research, and proposal development for new client opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Associate Consultant, Senior Analyst, or Associate Advisor at a leading healthcare consulting, advisory, or management consulting firm, or in a comparable healthcare-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience conducting market assessments, strategic analyses, or commercial diligence within healthcare.
• Strong ability to structure insights and develop clear, compelling presentations for executive and investor audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort using Word and emerging AI-enabled research and analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; most work is conducted virtually.
