Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial health and performance of healthcare organizations involved in transactions.
  • Analyze financial statements, evaluate revenue streams, assess profitability, and identify key financial metrics.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the healthcare sector.
  • Gather and analyze data on market size, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the due diligence process by collecting and reviewing relevant documents, such as contracts, financial records, operational data, and regulatory filings.
  • Analyze this information to identify potential risks, opportunities for value creation, and to validate the assumptions made during the transaction process.
  • Contribute to the valuation of both entities and services agreements using various valuation techniques.
  • Develop high quality deliverables to support your analysis and conclusions.
  • Support the transaction team throughout the deal lifecycle and assist in preparing transaction-related documentation, including investment memorandums, pitch books, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and help manage the overall deal process.
  • Develop complex financial models to evaluate different scenarios, forecast financial performance, and simulate the impact of potential strategic initiatives.
  • Aid in decision-making, risk assessment, and the development of transaction strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing their findings and recommendations.
  • Share these reports with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making and guide transaction strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting from an accredited college/university required.
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred.
  • Additional certifications (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a consulting role preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of academic or relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: data analysis, statistical analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level Excel proficiency required.
