About the role
The Senior Associate Appraiser position involves completing assignments related to commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. This includes tasks such as data collection, market research, analyzing highest and best use scenarios, revenue and expense performance analysis, discounted cash flow model estimation, comparable sales analysis, and market comparison drawing.
Responsibilities
- Data collection and market research
- Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios
- Analyze revenue and expense performance
- Estimate cash flows using discounted cash flow models
- Analyze comparable sales
- Draw market comparisons in developing opinions of value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- State Trainee appraisal license or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus
