Senior Associate, Analytics (Media)

Responsibilities

  • Structure and develop complex data analytics projects based on the needs of our clients' business objectives.
  • Organize data into coherent storylines, creating slides and short presentations, and building and maintaining data visualization tools to communicate key insights to clients.
  • Manage projects from beginning to end, defining a core objective, formulating a plan and timeline with discrete steps, and effectively communicating project status to key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Intermediate/advanced experience in Excel and SQL, and experience with one data visualization tool (Data Studio, Tableau, etc).
  • Fundamental understanding of Market Mix Models.
  • Experience with direct buying platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, etc), Ad Servers, SEO, and Demand Side Platforms.
  • A passion for today's digital and mobile consumer, always looking to learn and succeed.
  • An eagerness to adopt new techniques and technologies relevant to clients' media strategies.
  • A desire to have an impact and be passionate about the work done.
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to structure and execute data analysis.
  • Strong ownership of work and ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Desire to ask for help and seek out organizational resources to ensure timely and precise delivery of work.

Skills

  • Basic analytic tools proficiency.
  • Data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau, etc).
  • Market Mix Models understanding.
  • Experience with media buying platforms.
  • Passion for the digital and mobile consumer.
  • Adaptability to new techniques and technologies.

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

Schedule

Full-time position.
