Senior Associate, Analytics

About the role

Responsibilities

• Structure and develop complex data analytics projects based on the needs of our clients' business objectives
• Organize data into coherent storylines, creating slides and short presentations, and building and maintaining data visualization tools to communicate key insights to clients
• Manage projects from beginning to end, defining objectives, formulating plans, timelines, and communicating project status to key internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics
• Intermediate/advanced experience in Excel and SQL, and experience with one data visualization tool (Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with Market Mix Models and direct buying platforms (Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, etc.), Ad Servers, SEO, and Demand Side Platforms
• Strong ability to structure and execute data analysis, and break down complex data into digestible pieces for general audiences
• Ability to take ownership of projects and seek out resources to ensure timely and precise delivery

• Business savvy and ability to connect analytics to broader business objectives
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Passion for impacting clients' media strategies and adopting new techniques and technologies
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment

Skills

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Market Mix Models understanding
• Experience with direct buying platforms and Ad Servers

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD
