What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have internalized the skill, not merely attended
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression goals
• Employing storytelling, incentive structures (school currency, leaderboards), and individual relationships to overcome student resistance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction ratings to maintain a 90%+ benchmark on student surveys

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Presenting lectures at a whiteboard. Students progress academically via self-paced AI-driven apps, not through direct instruction from you.
• Passive supervision. The environment involves students on computers; the role demands active engagement.
• Compromising standards when students object. Test2Pass benchmarks remain fixed, regardless of individual student circumstances during a given week.
• Creating curriculum independently. Lesson frameworks and workshop guides are supplied; your responsibility is executing them with presence and narrative skill that ensures genuine student comprehension.
• Handling parent communications, admissions processes, or campus operations. Those functions belong to separate roles.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling and facilitation presence — capable of maintaining children's engagement for one-hour sessions
• Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus in Brownsville, TX
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator
• Demonstrated high performance in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Familiarity with self-directed or app-based learning environments

• Independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record
• $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
