Senior Associate, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have authentically acquired the skill, not merely attended the session
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to ensure 100% of your cohort achieves their weekly app progression targets
• Employing narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student reluctance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics toward maintaining a 90%+ benchmark on student feedback surveys

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling ability and facilitation presence — capable of maintaining the engagement of a room of children for one hour
• Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus location in Brownsville, TX
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program coordinator
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Familiarity with self-directed or application-based learning models
