Senior Associate, AI Engineer
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: About the role (intro paragraphs). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Benefits (description). Schedule (description). Possibly Requirements? The qualifications list could be considered Requirements. But we already have Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Requirements if we want to split qualifications into Requirements and Skills? But we have qualifications list that includes experience, degree, cloud platform, programming language, familiarity, analytical skills, ability to travel, work authorization. Could split into Requirements (experience, degree, etc.) and Skills (programming language, frameworks). But we can keep as Qualifications only. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. Thus sections: About the role (intro paragraphs), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul), Benefits (ul? Actually benefits description is prose; we can use
for prose and maybe
- for list of benefits). They list medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, personal well-being benefits. That's a list; we can use
- . Also mention Personal Time Off, holidays, breaks. That could be schedule.
Schedule: we can have
Schedule
withdescribing standard work hours, PTO, holidays, breaks. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO paragraph, the "No phone calls or agencies please", "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis", etc. Also remove the Los Angeles County applicants section? That's specific legal info; might be considered boilerplate? It's about Fair Chance Act. Likely considered legal/EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove the link to salary ranges? That's not boilerplate but it's a link for pay transparency. Since we are not including Pay section, we might still include the link? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link to salary ranges is substantive? It's about pay transparency. But we are not making a Pay section; we could include it under Benefits? No. Could we include a Pay section with just the link? That would be a heading with filler? The link is not a salary range; it's a pointer. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They do state that they comply with local regulations regarding displaying salary ranges and provide a link. That is stating something about pay. So we could include a Pay section with that sentence and the link. However the link is a URL; we can include as . That seems substantive. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The text: "KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations." That's substantive. So we should include a Pay section with that paragraph and the link. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. Let's extract the relevant paragraphs. Intro: "The KPMG Advisory practice is at the forefront of transformation, offering excellent opportunities for individuals to advance their careers and expertise with KPMG. Then link: "Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA: https://kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id=M179ADV_4_26"
We'll include that as
with . Then Schedule: "Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday." We'll put that in Schedule section. We must not include the EEO paragraph, the "No phone calls or agencies please", "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis", "Los Angeles County applicants..." etc. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap sections in maybe? Not required but we can just output headings and content. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft.
