Senior Associate - AI Enablement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Python Fundamentals: Strong grasp of Python, including OOP, decorators, and async programming. Ability to build REST APIs and CLI tools.
• GenAI & RAG Basics: Understanding of prompting, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation techniques. Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Data Handling: SQL and Spark basics, with awareness of data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Software Engineering Practices: Git, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Cloud Awareness: Basic familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and SageMaker.
• Agentic AI Concepts: Interest in autonomous workflows, agent memory, and decision quality tracking.
• Problem Solving: Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and communicate findings clearly.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $91,000 annually. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
