Senior AI Enablement Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to join their team. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Coach engineers in AI-assisted development via 1:1s, workshops, and office hours
• Capture and propagate best practices across teams using guides and knowledge bases
• Establish and support a network of embedded AI champions for scalable enablement
• Address and unblock issues engineers face with AI tools and escalate systemic challenges
• Create internal AI integrations and tooling from prototype to production
• Conduct evaluations of AI tools and provide actionable insights based on trends
• Define and track adoption and productivity metrics to measure impact effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on security and adoption needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a product-driven environment
• Proficient in Node.js/TypeScript for service and integration development
• Deep understanding of agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Proven ability to take internal integrations from prototype to production independently
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols
• Familiar with GenAI concepts such as LLMs and prompting
• Strong skills in teaching, technical writing, and explanation of complex topics
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to completion

Pay

$166,800 – $192,000 annually
