Senior Associate AI & Data Consultant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the execution of existing privacy engineering controls and define new ones as needed
• Assist in the automation and streamlining of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes for various data assets
• Partner with senior business operations and strategy consultant to develop scalable solutions that improve control efficiency, tracking, and reporting
• Facilitate end-to-end PIA engagements with multiple business units across the company
• Gather, analyze, and validate data asset information needed for compliance reviews
• Support documentation, workflow routing, and follow-up activities for PIA completion
• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other governance partners to interpret requirements and ensure consistent application of privacy standards
• Engage with business and technical owners of applications, models, and reporting assets to collect information and drive necessary remediation actions
• Support communication, coordination, and education efforts related to privacy obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI and data
• Understanding of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or related field
• Experience in Privacy
• Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems
• Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment
