Senior Associate - AI Analyst

The Strategic Insights team is expanding its capabilities to incorporate AI-driven solutions that transform decision-making, streamline operations, and unlock new value for the enterprise. As an AI Analyst, you will work on a diverse array of projects applying AI/ML techniques to areas such as customer insights, sales enablement, marketing optimization, and enterprise automation.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into AI use cases—partnering with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver intelligent automation and insights.
- Lead AI model development and deployment using tools like Python, Hugging Face, and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Prototype and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and user interaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI into enterprise platforms.
- Create robust data pipelines that prepare and transform data for machine learning and inference workflows.
- Develop impactful visualizations and documentation to support stakeholder communication and model explainability.
- Stay current on AI trends and contribute to enterprise thought leadership in AI/ML practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with GenAI technologies and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI)
- Strong SQL and data pipeline development skills; experience with DBT is a plus
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred) and analytics environments such as Databricks
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, interpretability, and operationalization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and driving AI use cases from concept to delivery
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Pay
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000. Overtime eligible: Exempt. Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
