Senior Associate Advisor

The Senior Associate Advisor plays a key role in delivering comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services to clients. Working closely with Wealth Advisors and Senior Wealth Advisors, this individual serves as a capable co-advisor and project manager across assigned client relationships, helping drive planning, implementation, and the overall client experience. Senior Associate Advisors are expected to own the execution of client work, proactively identify developing client needs, contribute planning recommendations, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. This role is designed for an advisor who has developed a strong technical foundation and is building the judgment, client presence, leadership skills, and external network necessary to advance to a Wealth Advisor role.
