Responsibilities
- Prepare advisors for daily meetings
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Support senior financial associates in maintaining client relationships
- Absorb onboarding new clients
- Conduct review meetings with clients
- Implement tax planning strategies and healthcare planning
- Collaborate with advisors to manage a $200 million book of business
- Ensure a high-quality client experience
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in financial services
- CFP certification
- CPA or EA designation
- Series 65 or equivalent (Series 7 and Series 66) certification
- Illinois life and health insurance license is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
