Responsibilities
- Executes media buying across HarperCollins adult and children’s titles (roughly 40 titles/season)
- Execute paid social advertising campaigns across multiple self-serve platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, and Reddit, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail
- Collects trends and shares findings from past and current campaign performance to help formulate future advertising strategies
- Regularly update marketing teams on status and performance of live campaigns, and provide and implement recommendations for improvement
- Set up and launch programmatic campaigns via The Trade Desk
- Weekly and ad hoc reporting for high-level campaigns
- Support the Senior Manager, Advertising in developing and executing presentations and final campaign reporting
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years advertising media buying experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads is required; experience with other social advertising platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage high campaign volume with strong attention to detail
- Comfort with analytics; able to regularly and accurately pull analytics and understand how to interpret the results
- Comfort working closely with different teams and satisfying multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with creative development tools (e.g. Canva, Veo3) and AirTable a plus
- Strong presentation skills
