Job Description

The Senior Assistant Store Manager of Operations leads all aspects of store operations, including logistics, inventory flow, visual presentation, and team performance. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Assistant Store Manager team, driving store-wide success through unified processes and data-driven action planning.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, retail, visual merchandising, or e-commerce, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in creating or improving workflows, understanding throughput, and optimizing operations.
• Sharp decision-making skills, able to analyze, adapt, and act with sound judgment, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Natural motivator with a proven track record of inspiring and coaching teams.
• Comfortable in high-energy environments and adaptable to change.
• Tech-savvy with fluency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Strong comprehension skills, able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and process documentation.
• Flexible availability to work a retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
